Have you noticed how I haven’t been around much? I’m so sorry to have left you all hanging. My husband has been gone for weeks and so here I am, solo parenting these four beautiful, loud, messy, loving, and very hungry boys.

They are right now up running up and down the hallway, way past their bedtime, as I try to write this. So if I end up not making any sense at all, you know it is because I’ve had to get up 17 times, to fetch a glass of water, kiss another tired baby, say another blessing, tell one more story and many more things that you probably already know about. Because I know I am not the only one, I know all of us parents just keep giving and doing and trying our best!

After my husband left for his work trip, I was so determined to do the best job ever, to give the boys stability and also to make my husband so proud! so I got my planner out and I was getting all the things done! Feeling so proud of myself when suddenly I would notice that I had forgotten one small detail.

Dinner time was almost here and I forgot to prepare! Has this ever happened to any of you? I felt horrible! I’m always sharing about the dinners we make, yet there I was, totally unprepared for something that happens every single day!

The good news is that it happens to all of us! right? At least I tell myself that, so let me just take comfort in that.

I wanted to share with you all because I found an amazing option for my silly mom brain moment. And it ended up being something that I will use over and over again for those times when my life is too full and I need a little rescuing.Asian food frozen fried rice tai pei mom blogger dad blogger mom blog traveling with kids picky eaters food for families Virginia recipes walmart

I am talking about Tai Pei single serve entrees! We decided that we wanted Asian food! Amazing flavor in each dish and a range of tasty options. Not only did we all get to choose which meal we wanted, but we got to do it on a budget and we enjoyed great quality too.Asian food frozen fried rice tai pei mom blogger dad blogger mom blog traveling with kids picky eaters food for families Virginia recipes walmart

All entrees are made with real, pure ingredients, and no preservatives or artificial ingredients. None of the bad stuff, just pure and delicious goodness. My favorite was the chicken fried rice! and it was very popular with the boys too! I let them all taste a little of three different ones, so the dinner turned into a fun and fancy event for them! they were thrilled to use chopsticks and were so amazed at how quick each entree was ready after only a few minutes in the microwave.Asian food frozen fried rice tai pei mom blogger dad blogger mom blog traveling with kids picky eaters food for families Virginia recipes walmart
