This is one of the recipes from my stories that you all wanted to see! ☺️ ▫️Garlic Confit Baked Feta Pasta ▫️ If you don’t like garlic, look away! 😋 ▫️ 1 or 2 blocks of Feta (depending on how many people you are feeding! ▫️ 2 cups of garlic cloves (approx) ▫️ 3/4 cup of olive oil ▫️ 3 cups fresh spinach ▫️ 1lb your favorite pasta cooked Al dente ▫️ salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. -some times I love to add sun dried tomatoes also! I love this recipe because you can change it up in many ways or make it super basic too! Still delicious! Share this with a friend who loves toast! 😁 — For this one you can use prosciutto or salami. 🔅 Cook your meat until is crispy and set aside. 🔅 Add a tablespoon of oil and sauté some onion and garlic in the same pan. 🔅Add some greens like spinach, arugula or any greens that you love and let it wilt.
